An An Hanoi Popup Menu

One of Chi Le’s fondest memories growing up in Hanoi was her frequent after-school culinary adventures. All it took was a bike, a few friends, and not a lot of cash, and she would find herself sampling savoury rib porridge, crispy banh mi, stone grilled sausages, maybe a steaming bowl of pho.

She took a leap in her gastronomic journey in 2020, when she moved to Canada to enroll in culinary school. After graduating, she worked in kitchens at Canoe and Lapinou, before joining us at Florette 2 months after we opened. She’s only 23, but her talent is undeniable, and her spirit of adventure is evident in her dishes.

One day, she’ll return to Hanoi to open up a restaurant - we’ll call this a trial run for what’s to come.
